Early Bird Reservation
If you’ve seen the Shingler Home you want to purchase, but it’s not yet been officially released for sale, the Early Bird Scheme gives you the change to make it yours.
Step 1: Choose your new Shingler Home
The Early Bird Scheme is available on selected developments where properties are yet to be released and currently fall within the next 12–24-month period.
Step 2: Complete the Reservation Form
Once you have chosen your Shingler home, you must be pre-qualified to determine your current situation and ability to buy. You can then complete a quick and easy Reservation Form with one of our Sales Negotiators.
Step 3: Pay a £150 refundable deposit
Secure your Early Bird reservation with a fully refundable £150 Early Bird reservation fee.
Step 4: Are you ready to reserve?
If you have a property to sell one of our Sales Negotiators will contact, you approximately 6 weeks prior to release to advise you to commence marketing your property.
Step 5: First Refusal
When your selected property is released for sale, you will have first refusal. If at this point you are not in a proceedable position Shingler Homes will be unable to continue with a full reservation and your early bird reservation fee will be returned.
If there is another reason why you choose not to proceed with the purchase of your chosen property, Shingler Homes will return your Early Bird reservation fee with no questions asked. (Please allow up to 14 days for this to be refunded).
