Jeremy Shingler, Managing Director of Shingler Homes, approached Shoothill to develop a software product to manage his own internal property records, and it is from this that Housebuilder has developed into the comprehensive product it is today.
The new online system includes everything needed to easily manage, integrate and control new home builds from Sales Leads to Reservation, Choices and Handovers, to follow-up customer service all in one cloud-based system.
“We were looking for an affordable solution that would help us to automate our whole house sales operation, from tracking new sales leads and show home visitors right through to recording and managing aftercare snags and other issues and although there are high-end solutions available, these are aimed at the large building companies, and so seemed very expensive for your average home builder.
“Therefore, as something didn’t exist that suited our requirements we partnered with an expert software company, Shoothill, to create exactly what we needed and after using it internally for over a year, we then decided to jointly create another version for other House Builders that was not only extremely useful in terms of features but also incredibly flexible to suit a variety of processes.”
